"Am I not allowed to go to a party with friends anymore without being linked to someone? It's absolutely ridiculous! Just because I am single, people have been speculating and linking me with men I get seen with. I am single, and I am totally loving it."

"Was I ever gone, for people to say that I am making a comeback?" asks Zinta adding, "I am very much around. I just got busy with my cricket team and went abroad for a short business administration course. I have not been seen in films as I didn't have the time to sign any. Now, you will see a lot more of me. I have been busy with my reality show and amkicked about it. I have also been going through a couple of scripts so some exciting announcements are around the corner."

I am the only heroine who can actually win a Guinness world record. In my childhood pictures, you will see me with a fracture or a cut or a scratch … I didn't look like a girl. I got the cuts by beating up boys. I have a younger and elder brother and was surrounded by boys … so till 12 I didn't grow up like a girl. Though I have grown up now, I am still the same person. I keep hiding my feelings and then one day they burst like a pressure cooker. I just lash out and then I am done. I have bashed up so many guys, especially in Delhi. You hit someone and run … you don't need to be a commando; what you need is a good pair of shoes.

There are (other) stakeholders in IPL on Kings XI Punjab, but it's my baby and have worked so hard for it, given my life to it, so I just can't wash my hands off it.

'I wanted to encourage the contestants on the show because what all of them perform is very difficult. At the same time I tried to ensure that the entire spotlight is not on me and they get enough opportunity and limelight,' said Preity.

Talk shows are too personal because so much about your own life emerges through them. I am an adventurous person and when I heard about this show, I had to give it a shot. 

You can never forget where you have come from and the people who have helped you get there. 

It is not in my personality to say I was offered this and that. 

I did see a difficult side of life personally and it has made me tougher, stronger and smarter. I hope. 

I would have died of a heart attack if I had been accused of something that I have never done in my life.
